Executive Mansion card, signed in black ink, “Very faithfully yours, Chester A. Arthur.” Double suede matted and framed with a portrait of Arthur and a biographical plaque to an overall size of 16.25 x 25.5. In very good condition, with uniform toning, a bit of light soiling, a thin pencil line through portion of last name, and a few spots. Oversized.
